Mid Season 85 days for ripe fruit and grows on indeterminate vines. The variety was created by tomato breeder Dean Slater. He created the Damascus Steel tomato by selecting for beauty and great flavor, while being an Anthro variety. The result is a painfully beautiful pink tomato with dark black stripes bleeding down from the shoulders of the fruit to the hips. The fruits are about 5-6 ounces and have intense sweetness with a generous amount of acidity.
