This variety was created in 2012 by Roland Boulanger in Sart Eustache, Belgium by crossing “Baby Blue” tomato with “White Wonder”, contrasting white and black tomatoes. The result is a stunning white tomato with black shoulders that travel sensuously down the sides of the fruit exposing the blushed white voluptuous curves. This beefsteak weighs in at about 12 ounces but can be bigger. The flavor is mild but juicy and the texture is firm. This is an ornamental tomato of unparalleled beauty.
