Bhut Jolokia Peach Pepper:
The Peach Bhut Jolokia is the parent of the red Bhut Jolokia (a.k.a. Ghost Chile pepper). The Chile plant produces elongated peppers that are about 4-6 inches long. The heat is intense but they also have a slightly fruity flavor.
