Habanero Manzano Pepper:
The Habanero Manzano pepper is native to Mexico. It falls somewhere between a Habanero Orange and Rocoto Manzano pepper. The plants are about 3 feet tall. The fruits ripen from green to yellow-orange, then reddish-orange when fully ripe. The inside flesh is a beautiful orange-pink, and the taste is fresh and has a strong fruity aroma. This pepper is a perennial and the fruits ripen in about 90 days. The heat measures around 300.000 – 350.000 on the Scoville scale.
