A huge delicious deep red Oxheart tomato, often larger than two pounds. The texture is smooth, dry and has few seeds. You can spread it like butter. One of the best tomato tastes out there. The flavor is rich, deep, earthy, and sweet. Very low acidic content. This tomato can be eating with savory dishes or sweet desserts. Think of your favorite strawberry and subtract the tangy aftertaste.
