Midseason takes 80 days for fruits to ripen. Vines are indeterminate. Turks Muts is Dutch for ‘Turkish Turban’, and was named for the fruit shape. Fruits are about 5-9 ounces of irregularly shaped and ribbed black beefsteak tomatoes that offer sweet fruits with smoky overtones.
