It displays an emerald to lime-green green color with a touch of yellow on its blossom end and chartreuse-green interiors. This variety has a unique fruity aroma, full of sweet, complex flavor with a hint of spice,when picked right at the moment when the tomato begins to develop its yellow feature (don&#8217;t wait too long).
