The Coeur de Z\u00e9bre variety is a result of the crossing \u00a0of &#8220;C\u0153ur de Boeuf &#8221; and &#8220;Red Zebra\u201d. It is not the same as &#8220;Zebra Heart&#8221; commonly found in the USA which is a mutation. Fruits are medium size about 7-10 ounces. The epidermis has color variations sometimes yellow shades with red or orange. These beefsteak are dense and are marbled in the center.
