It has an unusually high brick content (Brix are the unit of sugars measured in fruits). It is an\u00a0Italian classic tomato used for canning, fresh eating, and for sun-drying. They are grown in Southern Sicily and prized for their sweetness. The fruits are small, slightly larger than a cherry tomato and a bit oval shaped.They have thin skin, soft flesh and a a low seed count.
