It is green and yellow striped when ripe and in the shape of a bell pepper. The young fruit are not hallow, but as the season progresses, it is a suitable tomato for stuffing. The shape holds well.\r\n\r\nThe flavor is earthy, savory, and classic old fashioned tomato, yet mild at the same time. It doesn&#8217;t have high notes of sweetness or an acidic burst, but what it does have is a long beautiful aftertaste that stays with you for a long time after your last nite is gone. The best way to describe the aftertaste experience is as if you have just finished a perfectly satisfying meal and you don&#8217;t want dessert because you want to enjoy and savor the aftertaste of your dinner.
