It is named after the Indian northwestern state &#8220;Sikkim&#8221;. The flowers of the Sikkim cucumber plant are larger than your typical cucumber flower and the fruits are unusual in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>appearance. The skin is brown and cracked and resembles a potato or sneak skin. Don&#8217;t let that keep you from eating them though.
