It is a low growing 2&#8242;-4&#8242; tall x 4&#8242; wide super sweetly fragrant shrub that never stops blooming. It has cute white double flowers with red bottoms that look like puckered lips and they COVER the plant. It was<\/strong><strong>\u00a0first grown by Richard Turner at The San Francisco Botanical Garden from a cutting he brought back from Mexico.
