Upon arrival in North America it became known as Japanese Trifele Black, and now is known as Japanese Black Trifele.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever you call it, it is delicious and beautiful. The fruits are brown \/ red with a golden glow, and dark shoulders. From time to time the shoulders can actually be yellow. The flavor is very sweet and pleasant but doesn&#8217;t linger in on the palate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Russian origin.
