He named it \u00a0&#8220;Copia&#8221; after the American Center for Food, Wine and the Arts, in Napa California.<\/p>\n<p>In 2003, it was released commercially by Totally Tomatoes. The Copia tomato is a stunning beauty. It has mild pastel stripes of red, orange, yellow, and white.
