Grown in northern Spain and appreciated for its long shelf life. Our seeds were sourced from Barcelona.
The fruits are very oddly shaped: tapered at the top and wide at the bottom, ribbed and seemingly a combination of 4-6 chambers fused together. The color is red with hints of green shouldering. The inner fruit is hollow and firm, but slimy like a cooked okra. The flavor is mild yet earthy, and well balanced. This is a special and unusual tomato.
