Indeterminate vines produce ripe fruit in about 80 days from transplant. Not much is known about its origin. The White Beauty tomato is one of the whitest tomatoes I have seen, not as yellow as most white varieties. The variety dates back to the early 1800s and was a favorite of the popular Isbell’s Seed Company from Jackson Michigan back in 1927. The fruits are mid sized beefsteaks with intense sweet flavors with notes of citrus and vanilla, it also has a creamy texture.
