Coeur de Boeuf de Jerusalem

Early variety ripens fruit in 70 to 80 days from transplant. The large fruits grow on indeterminate vines. Coeur De Boeuf De Jérusalem, or ‘Jérusalem’ or ‘Jérusalem Giant’ originated in Israel and was brought back by tourist.  The fruits are of large red oxheart variety and very meaty, but can also have a hint of yellow and orange in the flesh. The flavor is of the old world tomato taste and is great as a raw tomato but the sugars and flavor really come alive when cooked. The fruits got in cluster of three to five fruits and store well.
