85 days for fruits to ripen. Indeterminate growth pattern. This is a very old heirloom from Oaxaca, Mexico that dates back to pre-columbian times. It is also known as Joya de Oaxaca Tomato. Fruits range from 6 to 16 ounce and are bi-colored orange beefsteak tomatoes with scarlet streaks. The full beauty is seen when it is sliced open when a runny mixture of red and yellow marbled fruit is exposed. It is very sweet and fruity and works well on sandwiches, in salads, or eaten alone.
