Similar to German strawberry, but smaller. Could be descended from that variety. The seeds were sourced at a farmers market in Zürich, Switzerland.
The shape is unusually similar to a strawberry but slightly larger.
The texture is smooth and creamy, and the flavor is sweet and mild. Very little juice or seeds, mainly flesh with thin skin. A true delight.
