Originally from West Virginia, dating back to the early 1800’s.
These heavily ribbed beefsteak tomatoes are bright yellowish orange with red bleeding through the center of the fruit. The shoulders has red marbling as well.
The flavor is ridiculously sweet and jammy. If I didn’t know better, I would think I was eating preserves.
