Believed to be a cross between Yellow Oxheart and white Tomesol.
The fruits are visually similar in shape to a cow heart, but the color is off white. The inside is chambered with few seeds and little juice.
The flavor is mild but delightful, unlike many non red tomatoes, this variety does not have a citrus or tropical fruit flavor, rather it has a traditional tomato flavor that is slightly muted.
