Very large fruit! Yellow variety with reddish pink splotches throughout. The inside is marbled as well. Originally the Big Rainbow tomato comes from Minnesota. Bursting with flavor. This is a very sweet tomato, and a beautiful one at that! The skin is thin and the fruit is dense like a firm mango.
The flavor is fruity, sweet, and acidic.
