Absinthe

Early season variety that produces ripe fruit in as little as 70 days. This rare gem of a tomato is said to be a cross between Evergreen, Aunt Ruby’s German Green, and Brandywine heirloom tomato varieties.

The Absinthe tomato boasts a beautiful emerald color with a golden overtone and contains all the delightful flavors of its parent tomatoes. Fruit size is medium to large.
