Cream sausage is also known as Banana Cream. Created by tomato breeder Tom Wagner using Yellow Banana tomato and a larger crack resistant variety.
These fruit are pale off white, oblong shaped fruit with a smooth, buttery texture and a mild tomato flavor, but more reminiscent of a banana. Very low acidity.
