Marsha Starfighter Beefsteak

Indeterminate vines produce ripe fruit in 85 days from transplant. A segregate from “The Star Wars Project” headed by tomato breeder Marsha Eisenberg from Florida. The Rebel Starfighter Prime tomato bred by Russ Crowe is one of the parent tomatoes. The fruits beefsteak tomatoes that weigh in at about 9-18 ounces of dark cherry colored fruits with very dark markings of anthocyanin stripes.Once sliced open the cut, the flesh  is dark purple and has a delicious balanced flavor with a juicy texture.
