Mid season indeterminate variety, ripen fruit in 75-80 after transplant. Another masterpiece from tomato breeder Karen Olivier from Ladysmith, Canada. Good production all season, with most fruit around 8 -12 ounces.
The fruits are Zinfandel red in color and the flavor is complex, rich, earthy and sweet as candy, with low gel and seeds and lots of meat. This a perfect meaty tomato, great on burgers or in a salad or served with cheese.
