The White Wonder Tomato is often said to be the sweetest of the white tomatoes in existence. While it is an old American heirloom, it has also become a favorite within the current culinary industry after being selected by Alice Waters (founder of The Chez Panisse Restaurant, and Mother of “California Cuisine”). The fruits are ivory white when ripe and grow on indeterminate vines. The fruit takes 85 days to mature from transplantation.
