White Summer Zucchini

45 days to harvest. White summer squash is an old heirloom popular in both Turkey and Lebanon for at least 300 years. These pale whitish green fruit have the most delicate and thin skin. They are wonderful stewed, fried, and grilled. The white summer squash is often paired with meat, aromatic vegetables, herbs, and seafood.
