55-65 days for mature fruit.The color of these cucumbers has a remarkable resemblance to jade. The flavor and texture is crisp and juicy with deep sweetness. The China Jade cucumber comes from northern China and is said to have made its way from western China to  eastern China in the Han dynasty as early as the year 216. The cucumber has long been used in Chinese medicine as an aid for cooling the body. The fruits are very thin and have bunny skin and crisp juicy texture. They are praised for having little to no seeds as a result of the fruits producing without the flower needing pollination.
