The Ancient Coeur de Boeuf tomato seeds were collected from a farmers market in Geneva Switzerland.
It is an odd ribbed shaped tomato that resembles a cow heart. It is unique because it ripens from the inside out. The fruit is perfectly ripe and delicious when the outside skin is still green with yellow shoulders and the inner flesh is deep red.
