These tomatoes are named after the first and only woman prime minister of India, Indira Gandhi, who was assassinated by her bodyguard in 1984.
The fruit are brown oblate shaped of medium size tomatoes, with black shoulders, and a yellow glow. it has very good flavor of plum and blackberries, with an unusual herbal aftertaste. The texture is very wet and juicy.
