Indeterminate Dwarf variety, produces ripe fruit early to mid season in about 60-70 days from transplant. Uluru Ochre is an unusual mixture of color tones creating a fruit that is orangish green to earthy ochre when fully ripe and is astounding to look at and even better to taste. It was created by Patrina and named after the great monolithic rock in Australia. Fruits are between 6-12 ounces with full fruit forward flavor with tart and sweet notes. according to Craig Lehoullier, the founder of the Dwarf Project, the Uluru Ochre has a smoky taste.
