Indeterminate vines produce ripe fruit in 85 days from transplant. The Uncle E tomato was endowed to Curtis Jackson of Renaissance Farms in 2008 by his friend Mrs. Holder who claimed that her family had been growing it for more than 100 years. The fruits are large pink 1-2 pound beefsteaks with incredible flavor. This might be one of the best sandwich tomatoes in existence.
