This is an intensely sweet pepper with a touch of spice and tropical fruity flavor. According to the Baker Creek catalog, the seeds of the sugar rush peach pepper add smokey notes to the flavor. The Sugar Rush Peach pepper was bred by Chris Fowler of Wales, a well know pepper breeder, who gives credit to the bees for crossing his Aji peppers and creating the Sugar Rush Peach.
