Taiga is a new truely special variety by Karen Olivier.
The fruits are yellowish green oxhearts with marbled flesh and a dark red center. The flavor is beyond excellent and sweeter than sweet candy. It has intense floral notes, and is veeery juicy. There are almost no seeds and the texture is creamy and spreadable. Hands down one of my top 3 favorites from 2020! And since you asked — Orange Strawberry and Green Giant are the other two favorites 😉
