85 days mid-season variety, growing on determinate bushy plants. These tomatoes are stunning! The Copper River was created by Lynn Brown of Napa Valley, California. This is a thin skinned tomato of warm copper color with a yellow glow and neon pink inner flesh. Even though the plants are small the fruits are decent sized beefsteaks. When fully mature there are metallic stripes.The texture is dense and juicy and the flavor is rich, savory, and sweet.
